Plot
Maadeva is an emotionless hangman in the prison. He has considerations neither for a kid nor for a pregnant lady. Parvathi’s mother is a prisoner. She needs someone in the prison to help her and approaches Maadeva. Parvathi has a warm nature, and this is just the opposite of his behaviour. Why is Maadeva emotionless? Is there anything haunting him from the past? Will Maadeva’s stone heart soften for Parvathi? The rest of the story speaks about this.
Star Performance
Vinod Prabhakar delivers an excellent performance. He emotes well in intense sequences, making us feel for him. Sonal is perfect in her role as Parvathi. Srinagar Kitty plays a menacing villain and impresses us. Malashri is good in her stunning cameo. Shruti’s performance is exciting. She is so natural. Achyuth Kumar and other supporting actors fit well in their respective roles.
Analysis
The story is simple, yet it holds multiple layers, making the stars take the liberty to perform. The characters are penned well with enough depth, especially Vinod, Shruti, and Kitty. The intense scenes are shot well. The director should be appreciated for making the story move in the right track without derailing. Vinod Prabhakar is a perfect choice for this role, which has a lot of scope for acting and stunts. He did them well without making us find errors. The visuals are decent, and the editing is crispy. The BGM gels well with the movie’s flow and helps elevate intense sequences, which in turn projects the performances.
